  • No appointment is necessary. Feel free to come into our showroom and chat with one of the members of our team about your jewelry questions or ideas.

  • Yes, most jewelry repairs can be done. Anything made of gold, silver, or platinum can be repaired. Costume jewelry cannot. Bring your piece in for a free consultation and estimate on the repair cost.

  • Complimentary cleanings are offered on the spot, multiple items may incur a fee.  

  • Consignment is offered on select jewelry pieces pending evaluation. Approved items are split 60% to you and 40% to the store.

  • Gold Plating is available for $50 and Rhodium Plating is available for $66.

  • Ring sizing is available for both increasing and decreasing size on gold, silver, and platinum rings. Pricing varies by ring and requires an in-person assessment.

  • A carefully curated collection of previously owned pieces is available in store. While all are in fantastic condition and ready to be worn, they are sold at 50% off the sticker price.

  • Engravings have a starting fee of $30 and are only available for the inside of rings.

  • Watch services are limited to watch battery replacements and band adjustments. Watch cleanings and major repairs are unavailable.

  • Repurposing and redesigning jewelry is one of our specialties. When you visit our store, you can meet with one of our designers to help guide and bring your jewelry design to fruition.

  • Jewelry Valuations, also known as verbal appraisals, are available starting at $25. Written insurance appraisals are handled separately.

  • Yes, Jewelry insurance appraisals are $150 for the first item, $100 for each additional item. Quick verbal jewelry valuations have a $25 minimum charge. Appraisals for gold and jewelry selling is free of charge.

  • No, for written appraisals items are required to be dropped off. Verbal appraisals are performed in person but are not for insurance purposes.

  • A 30-day return policy is available for jewelry in unworn, undamaged condition accompanied by the original receipt.

  • Our custom jewelry design process allows you to create a one-of-a-kind piece tailored to your preferences. Our in house designers can create a piece to your specifications using 3D CAD design so that you can see the piece before it is ever cast in metal. The pricing is based on the specifics of the jewelry piece we are creating. Learn more about our custom jewelry.

  • Pearl restringing is available. It is $6 per inch unknotted and $12 knotted. This is one of our only repair services that is outsourced.

  • Absolutely! We buy unwanted gold jewelry in various forms, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, and even broken pieces. Our offer is based on the current market price of gold and the weight of your item. It's a great way to turn unused jewelry into cash!

  • Yes, all our jewelry comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • The wait time for jewelry repairs can vary depending on the complexity of the work. You will be provided with an estimated timeframe when you bring your piece in.
